Rukus Cycling Studios features high intensity cardio sessions, muscle shaping strength training, premium boutique amenities and world class CyclePro instructors to guide you throughout your workout. The advanced technology, statistics and heart rate monitors will help you track your progress throughout your ride.

At Rukus your First Ride is always Free. Simply tap here to get started, we can't wait to see you in the CycleArena! 

Please arrive 30 minutes early for your first ride, our team will get to know you, familiarize yourself with our studio, and meet your CyclePro before your ride. 

Your shoes, towel, and water are all complimentary. For your convenience, we provide free lockers to store your belongings and showers with all-inclusive amenities.

It's more than just a spin class. Regardless of your fitness level, the ride and it's intensity is completely up to you. While our CyclePros will guide you through your ride, you have the option to increase or lower the intensity of your resistance.

Are you looking to make a change to the details or information located on your account? Simply open the Rukus Cycling app for iOS or Android. Tap on the Account icon located within the lower menu. 

If we had the choice we'd love to see you every day, your body may say otherwise. For prime results with our workout, we recommend 2 to 4 rides a week with at least 2 rest days.

At Rukus, everything is included complimentary for your ride (including shoes). 

When you visit Rukus, everything is included in your ride. Complete your shoe size in your profile at the time of account set up and we’ll have your shoes waiting for you upon your class arrival.

You’re always welcome to bring your own cycling shoes. At Rukus we use Delta cleats but our bikes can accommodate all shoe and cleat types (Delta + SPD).

If you are under the age of 16 we ask that a parent or guardian must be present to create your new account in the studio with a Studio Manager. We also recommend all riders to be at least 4’11” so they can safely reach the bike pedals in the CycleArena.

You may cancel your ride up to 6 hours in advance without charges. Guests who cancel after this time or do not show up for the scheduled ride will forfeit their ride or incur a penalty fee.

No problem, we understand life happens. At Rukus if you arrive late to a class you will be invited to step inside our On-Demand Room where you can join the live class currently in action. You also have the option to take one of our On-Demand classes which can be selected from our inventory of recorded classes from earlier in the day or week.

Some of us appreciate our alone time, while others prefer to ride with friends, family members or even co-workers. Bring your friend, family member or co-worker to receive a qualifying First Ride Free. Once they fall in love with Rukus and purchase a membership we'll happily offer you a discount on your membership as a thank you.
