Meet the RukusResistance bands, developed by our team to create a unique and proprietary upper body workout program. Our RukusResistance bands, offered in Light, Medium, and Heavy allow any rider to tone their upper body with your ride. Each band weight brings a new level of difficulty and will leave your muscles burning after the ride.
