Needing to add more cardio to my weight training routine, I looked into spinning classes because I have old feet injuries. I was super surprised by the studio itself- incredibly clean and high tech. The classes are the best part though! All instructors go out of their way to make it an exhilarating class with great music and so much positivity. I truly feel better walking out of the studio. Highly recommend!

The atmosphere at Rukus is amazing! The cyclepros and all the front desk workers really go above and beyond to make those guest connections. Rukus has become more than a cycling studio... it is a family, it is home.

Great staff and studio : very clean environment with the option to take on demand or peloton classes if a live class isn’t available or you’re running very late to class. The key here is flexibility and options. Great for the working mom or professional.
